Priorities shift. Expectations change. New technologies reshape how we work\u2014and how we define success. Yet we rarely step back to reflect on how our careers have actually evolved, or to learn from others who are navigating similar questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m Leslie Waugh, a UX leader focused on leading design and research teams. I created this survey to capture how UX practitioners\u2014across design, research, and leadership roles\u2014experience career growth over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All responses are <strong>anonymous<\/strong> and will be analyzed only in aggregate. At the end of the survey, you\u2019ll have the option to <strong>voluntarily<\/strong> provide contact information if you\u2019re interested in a follow-up discussion\u2014but this is completely optional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal is to surface shared patterns: what people wish they\u2019d known earlier, what changed along the way, and what truly matters now.
