However, their main challenge was one of resources; there simply were not enough sales people to establish  the meaningful, <em>in-personal connections<\/em> with potential clients while managing  their existing relationships. Therefore, the project approach was generate a weekly email with high-value content for clients to help close the gap.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Overall User Experience Design Process <br \/><\/em><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li> <strong>Reviews with stakeholders and of industry reports<\/strong>. UX team  collaboratively held discovery sessions with project stakeholders,  identified relevant industry reports (Marketing Sherpa) findings and  mapped them back to project&#8217;s objectives.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>Wireframes<\/strong>. Led by UX architect, participated in concept  brainstorm sessions and revisions. Also, outlined design presentation  and co-facilitated client presentation discussions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visual Design Comps.<\/strong> Led visual design discussions, visual  direction, client presentations and design-to-development presentation  build. Also led art direction for weekly maintenance of email program  and established content formatting templates for business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <!-- \n\n<h3>Outcomes<\/h3>\n\n \n\n<p>Early results have shown that sales from advisors who opened  or clicked through more than half of all the program's emails were up, while those who did not open any of the  emails showed a lesser sales increase. Additionally, a survey was sent to all advisors in the pilot territories at  the end of the 3 months.  The majority of responses were positive and indicating they found the content to be of value.
